Oral presentationOral presentations shall last ten minutes, and shall be followed by five minutes of discussion. To make sure the Congress runs smoothly, speakers are asked to set up and test their equipment and check their timing beforehand. Speakers will have access to a computer, projector and internet connection. Oral presentations will take place in different time slots. Oral and poster presentations will all take place at different times. All papers, irrespective of the means of presentation (oral, poster or e-poster), will receive the same accreditation (ie, "paper") both in their final publications and in the certificates awarded to participants. Important: The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide the final presentation category. View procedure for presenting papers proposalsPoster presentationPosters are graphic exhibitions of innovation experiences. They will be exposed in spaces designed specifically for this purpose. The posters will be exhibited during the session in which they are assigned. There will be poster sessions in different time slots. Contents. The poster should include: title of experience, name of the person or team in charge, and the location; the objectives of the experience and brief description of the main learning processes the author has experienced during this innovation program. Format
The author needs to send via e-mail a digital version of the poster (JPEG or PDF) to the Administration Office of the conference ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ), before 30th of April 2012, indicating the code assigned to this presentation. The author will be responsible for printing and delivering the poster. On his/her arrival to the Conference, he/she will be provided with a wood panel in which to fix the poster. Also, authors should be the one placing the posters early (morning or afternoon) on the day assigned by the Scientific Committee for its exhibition. Conference staff will be around for any support needed. Authors are also required to remain in the session place during the presentation and debate. The posters must be removed once the session is complete. All papers, irrespective of the means of presentation (oral, poster or electronic), will receive the same accreditation (ie, "paper") both in their final publications and in the certificates awarded to participants. Electronic presentationThis modality is suitable for showing innovation experiences by means of specific software or other electronic resources (such as flash, video, etc.). This will not be aslides presentation with PowerPoint or similar. All authors willing to choose this modality of presentation will be assigned a specific area with Wi-Fi access. The organization will provide you with a computer. However, you will be able to use your own laptop. We strongly recommend choosing this modality for presenting new digital material. All papers, irrespective of the means of presentation (oral, poster, e-poster or software),will receive the same accreditation (ie, "paper") both in their final publications and inthe certificates awarded to participants.
