Special Merit CIDUI / ACUP
FOR THE BEST POSTER PRESENTATIONS

I. INTRODUCTION

The CIDUI, in collaboration with the Associació Catalana d'Universitats Públiques, will award the best poster presentations of the 7th CIDUI. Like in previous editions, formal quality and the presentation of the academic/scientific content will be taken under consideration.

The best 4 poster presentation of each poster session will be selected. Thus, there will be 16 finalist presentations.

II. SPECIAL MERIT

A jury will award the best of the 16 finalist poster presentations with the Special Merit CIDUI / ACUP.

The announcement of the awards and the certificate ceremony will take place during the Closing Session of the 7th CIDUI.

III. PROCEEDINGS

FIRST PHASE: PARTICIPANTS VOTES: The participants will be able to vote the poster presentations during each poster session. There will be a ballot in the participant's folder, which will be used to vote the poster presentations.

SECOND PHASE: SELECTION OF THE AWARDED POSTER PRESENTATION (SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE AND ORGANIZING COMMITTEE). The selection of the awarded poster presentations will be made by a Jury with members of the Scientific and Organizing committees.

IV. CRITERIA

The qualities that will be taken under consideration are: the originality, the importance of the innovation experience, the theoretical model (objectives, problems, hypothesis, and bibliography), the presentation of the results, and the conclusions.

In the voting process these other qualities will be relevant:

• Originality
• Objectives and results of the experience
• Clarity
• Poster design
• Equilibrium between text and images
• Presentation of contents
• Writing quality.
