Robert Cowen
Robert Cowen is Emeritus Professor of Education at the University Of London Institute Of Education, a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, and the immediate Past President of the Comparative Education Society in Europe. He is Reviews Editor and Member of the Editorial Board of Comparative Education. He has acted as a consultant for the World Bank, IBE, and UNESCO.
Formerly, he was a Reader in Comparative Education in the University of London Institute of Education and at various times was fortunate enough to work as a Visiting Professor at the University of Brasilia, the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium, the University of La Trobe in Melbourne, and SUNY, Buffalo, as well as working for several years as a school teacher in the East End of London and then as Lecturer in Sociology at the Furzedown College of Education in London. His specialization is Comparative Higher Education.
Marius Rubiralta
Marius Rubiralta is Chemistry and Organic Chemistry Professor at the Universitat de Barcelona. He has acted as Director of the Therapeutic Pharmacology and Chemistry Department, Research Vice-president of the Universitat de Barcelona, General Director of Barcelona Science Park, Provost of the Universitat de Barcelona, and First Vice-president of CREU. Therefore, he has been the State Secretary of Universities (April 2008-January2012).
Dra. Ellen Hazelkorn
Ellen Hazelkorn is Vice President of Research and Enterprise, and Dean of the Graduate Research School, Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), Ireland; she also leads the Higher Education Policy Research Unit at DIT. She is a Consultant to the OECD Programme on Institutional Management of Higher Education (IMHE), and is also associated with the International Association of Universities (IAU).
She is a member of the Higher Education Authority (Ireland). Rankings and the Reshaping of Higher Education: The Battle for World-Class Excellence by Palgrave Macmillan (2011).
Dr. Sverker Lindblad

Professor Lindblad studied at Uppsala University, where he worked as a professor before teaching at University of Gothenburg. He has a prestigious career as specialist in Education Theory and Comparative Education. His papers and articles have been published by the most relevant journals. He was President of the European Educational Researcher Association (1999-2001) and he has also worked as a consultant for several governments like the Swedish or the Norwegian.
