REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

You need to register via the Conftool platform, the link will be available on this website until 19th of June, 2018.

General registration

  • 260 € Early bird 15/11/2017 – 18/05/2018
  • 320 € Standard rate 19/05/2018 – 19/06/2018

Student

  • 100 € Early bird 15/11/2017 – 18/05/2018
  • 120 € Standard rate 19/05/2018 – 19/06/2018

There is a special rate for students who are willing to attend the Congress. It is not necessary to be the author of any paper, but you must prove your student condition by sending your university enrolment documentation via ConfTool platform.

IMPORTANT. To be available the reduced fee has to make payment within the period established (until 18.05.2016).

The registration fee (general and Student) to the Congress includes:

  • All the Congress documentation
  • Free entrance to all the Congress activities
  • Coffee service and meals that will be served

IMPORTANT. Registration will only be validated when payment has been made, within the deadline and proof of payment has been supplied.

PAYMENT MODALITIES

It is important to remember that, in order to be able to present your paper during the conference days, at least one of the authors must have been registered to the Congress and have paid the corresponding fees within the indicated terms.

Payment of the fees can be made by one of the following ways:

  • Credit card (via the online platform ConfTool)
  • Bank transfer

IMPORTANT:

  • The concept of transfer must state the invoice number or the ID of the participant.
  • In order to validate your registration, please send proof of the bank transfer, with the participant’s full name to the CIDUI Financial Dept., through one of the following: info@cidui.org
  • If any university or institution would like to pay for the fees of some participants at the same time, it is necessary to provide the following information to the CIDUI Financial Dept (day of payment, participants name, Institution name), and also to make sure that every single participant has been registered on the platform.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case you are not able to attend, please note that requests for reimbursements must be sent to info@cidui.org by 4th June 2018. 50€ will be retained to cover administration costs. No reimbursements will be made after this date.
