The organizers were aware of living quick changes forced to attend, much more, continuous variability of things, that its stability and continuity. The new realities requested new self-learning professionals to confront\/face new situations and coordinate and manage teams.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-ievfcr-213046c7db62642f46fae426a61195d8 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The cooperation between these three IESs multiplied their effectiveness and their impact on the real lives of those universities. Thus, it was expressed graphically with the formula &#8220;CIDUI-IEC 3&#8221;, with which it was convened, in 2001, the First International Symposium dedicated to reflect on models of initial training of university teachers in Europe. The way of organizing a biannual conference and a symposium between became ingrained.<\/p>\n<p>Gradually they were added to CIDUI other Catalan public universities.
