Resum

Creativity and innovation are being considered as the most important competencies in our global society. Educational systems and organizations have the responsibility of developing methodological instruments and tools to improve this capacity both in teachers and students. This is a problem of change management and therefore training is an important tool, in particular teachers’ training. This work presents the design, results and evaluation of training actions for development of teachers’ creativity and innovation abilities in Cadiz University.
