Resum


Every student's access to college is a complex process involving a series of important changes affecting many aspects of their life. In this regard, recent studies suggest that the quantity and quality of pre-access orientation have a direct impact on performance and dropout rates. The present study examines, firstly, what are the sources of information available to students when choosing Degree studies in all public universities in Catalonia. On the other hand, we take the empirical data available to analyze two aspects: a) to what extent these sources of information are used by students; b) to what extent this information does its job.
