Measuring quality in Higher Education: a validated scale

It is relevant to assess the service quality that universities are providing to their customers. This paper analyzes a survey of 2,557 students graduated in the universities of Catalonia in 2013 in order to define and validate a scale to assess the quality provided by universities. Three main dimensions capture the perceived quality of university degrees: (i) "Curriculum", (ii) Student "Skills development", and (iii) “Services and facilities”. The paper provides clues to universities managers.
