Portfolio reflective collective: a tool for planning and organization of teamwork

The present study assessed the experience of using planning tools when constructing a collective portfolio. Was used the following techniques: participant observation; interviews with 114 graduate students in health courses and six focus groups. The data were categorized, by content analysis, into three dimensions: the operational, the learning and the teamwork. It was found the importance of these planning tools in training and driving strategies to attain the proposed learning goals.
