In accordance with the current Data Protection regulations, specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data you are providing us and will provide throughout our relationship will become part of the information systems of the CATALAN ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES and will be processed solely for the purpose of managing your participation in any of our activities. The provided data will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years. This data will not be communicated or transferred unless there is a legal obligation and to the data processors that provide services to the Association, with whom appropriate contracts are signed. Consequently, you give your express consent by signing this document.

On occasions when you accompany us at our activities or training sessions, we may take photographs in which your image, whether individual or in a group, may appear, which will be shared on our website and social media. By accepting these terms, you consent to the processing of your images as it is inherent to participating in the activities.

If you expressly authorize us, we may keep you informed by sending you information about the activities we organize from our Association via electronic means, as well as to keep you informed about news in the academic and university fields.

At any time, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data. Therefore, you have the right to access your personal data, correct any inaccurate data, or request its deletion when the data is no longer necessary, all through a written request sent to our address at C/ Girona, 34 (interior), 08010, Barcelona, or by email to info@acup.cat. You can contact the competent supervisory authority (www.apdcat.cat) for any claim you deem appropriate.
