On behalf of the International Congress on University Teaching and Innovation, we are pleased to inform you that the XIII CIDUI Congress 2025 will be held on July 9, 10, and 11, 2025, at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Barcelona.

Under the theme “Teachers of Today for the University of Tomorrow” this new CIDUI Congress is designed as a meeting space for reflection, debate, and the exchange of experiences among professionals from various fields related to teaching, research, and university management. This edition invites participation in a wide variety of presentations, workshops, debates, and collaborative sessions, aiming to foster enriching dialogue on the challenges currently facing university teaching and education.

Among these challenges, the need to strengthen faculty development and training programs, promote collaboration among the various actors involved in the educational process, and seek new procedures for assessing teaching quality stands out.

Crucial issues such as the integration of emerging technologies in higher education institutions (artificial intelligence, blockchain, etc.), the promotion of continuous and flexible education, and the importance of reaffirming the core missions of universities in terms of equity, inclusion, and sustainability will also be addressed.

In short, the main goal of this new edition is to analyze how teaching and learning in higher education institutions are adapting to current transformations, while also sharing creative solutions and exploring new strategies to train professionals capable of shaping the future.
