13th Congress CIDUI 2025

[PHASE 1] –Submission of Proposals:

• To submit a workshop proposal, at least the author who will present the session at the Congress must register on the ConfTool platform. There is no need to pay the registration fee during the proposal submission phase.
• All contributions must be framed within the thematic areas defined for this edition of the Congress: https://www.cidui.org/en/13th-congress-cidui-2025/topics/
• The period for submitting workshop proposals will be from 11 november 2024 to 17 January 2025. This PROPOSAL TEMPLATE must be used and submitted via the ConfTool platform.
• Before drafting the proposed workshop, is essential to read carefully this document, which contains basic GUIDELINES AND BASIC INFORMATION about the evaluation procedure and the required contents.
• The Scientific Committee’s decision will be announced on 17 March 2025, via email and the ConfTool platform.

[PHASE 2] – Running workshops during the Congress and publication of proceedings: 

• At least the author who will be running the selected workshop on the days of the Congress must register for the Congress via the ConfTool platform. The deadline for payment of the registration fee is 20 June 2025.
• The organisers will contact the leaders of the selected workshops to clarify all the organisational aspects concerning activities of this nature that are open to attendees.
• In order for a workshop to be included in the Congress proceedings, the leaders of the workshop must submit the FINAL TENPLATE via the ConfTool platform, stating the author’s name and attaching the results obtained from the practical activity.
